This workshop will change the way you look at foot & ankle function, human movement and how your barefoot can impact the rest of your body.
Using the latest research in barefoot science as it relates to restoring foot function, corrective exercise and athletic performance, you’ll learn how to work with your own unique anatomy and lifestyle to create better movement in everything you do.
Learn how barefoot training can change foot structure, improve neuromuscular activation patterns and reinforce integrated movement patterns of the lower extremity.
Come learn about your feet and how they “talk” to your core, and how if that relationship isn’t connected, everything else is affected, but please, love your shoes at the door!
