This Workshop will focus on the four poses that compose the Vinyasa transition: Down Dog, Plank, Chaturanga and Up Dog. The goal is for students to gain a deeper awareness of correct alignment and proper form so that the transition can be taken in a graceful flowing manner during class. This workshop is open to all levels: student s who currently practice vinyasa and those who have been taking Beginner classes.
About Debbie: Debbie has been helping people achieve wellness for over thirty years. Her formal study began in 2004 with Om Yoga receiving a 200 Hour Certification and then a second 200 Hour Certification from Empowered Yoga in 2006. She completed her first 500 Hour Training with Golden Heart Yoga in Annapolis in 2008 and is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500. Now she studies with Tias Little in Santa Fe, New Mexico with a second 500 Hour to be completed in June 2013.
