FLY! Vinyasa® is a fun, uplifting, and creative class based on the anatomical principles of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga founded by Sadie Nardini.
FLY incorporates “wave” transitions to build strength, stamina, and body alignment from the ground up. Come try a class and see the difference FLY! Vinyasa® can bring to your Yoga Practice! NEW- These classes will be held in a heated room!

Yin Awakening
Morning is the perfect time to practice Yin--- before your muscles are warm, Yin allows you to sink into a slow meditative experience that deeply nourishes the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) Yin poses are held for longer periods of time to release and relax. This supports mindfulness, stress relief, and overall well-being—all in one class.
Morning Flow
This class is perfect for waking up the body and mind to prepare for the day. Class begins with 15 minutes of meditation followed by a flow sequence to move your spine in all directions. A focus on the breath with movement and alignment will start your day off in a positive direction.

Stationary Flow OR Pilates
Stationary Flow: Find stillness and concentration with these 26 stationary postures that include flowing transitions. This is a combination of therapeutic postures and Vinyasa Flow.
Plates: A mind-body exercise system designed to build core strength, stability, and overall body awareness. It emphasizes control, focus, and precise movements coordinated with the breath.

Therapeutic Yoga
This class helps to improve body awareness, alignment, posture, strength, and flexibility. It is designed to help you to keep your mobility for a lifetime through the use of props like a chair, balls, straps, bolsters, blankets, and blocks for support. Class is open to yogis of all abilities especially those new to yoga or experiencing some injuries or limited range of motion.

TRX Yoga
TRX Yoga is our HIIT yoga class. Using TRX suspension straps, you will leverage your body weight and gravity to help you build coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, core strength, and joint stability set to upbeat music.

YES (Yoga for Emotional Support)
Yoga for Emotional Support (YES) is designed to guide participants to self-love and emotional harmony. Class includes gentle and restorative yoga postures for all, breathing techniques, sound therapy, aromatherapy, energy exercises, affirmations, and meditation and much more.
Enjoy these themed classes of Breathing, Heart Opening, Energy, Relaxation and Clarity. The focus is solely on you and your self-care.

Yoga Fusion
Yoga Fusion mixes traditional yoga poses with strength training techniques using light-to-medium weights. Enjoy the benefits of a strong and healthy body by combining the two. Students are encouraged to bring their own weights, or use those provided in-studio.
