If you are looking for the basics of yoga postures and principles then Beginner's Yoga or Therapeutic Yoga are the best classes to start with. In addition, if you are able to get up and down off of the floor with no trouble, then any class will most likely suit your abilities as there are modifications to almost every pose to make it easier or more challenging depending on your preference.
Wear comfortable, form fitting clothes, a reusable bottle of water, and a yoga mat. If you need to borrow a mat, we do have a few to borrow. It’s preferable to bring your own for cleanliness purposes

Yes. We offer an Unlimited Class Auto-Renew Membership for $108/month. This is the best package you can buy if you plan to attend 2 or more classes per week. If you wish to attend with a friend or partner, you may join with the Buddy Auto-Renew Monthly Unlimited Membership which is just $90 each. You must register together and remain members together for this price.

It is best to register for classes in advance to save your spot and so the teacher knows to expect you. Dropping in is fine too, however, there are limited spots (max. 8) in the TRX Yoga class, so please register in advance for this one. You can download the Achieve App to book and manage your class schedule.
It’s best to arrive at least 10 minutes before class so you can stretch and settle in for class.
We offer a unique class called Yoga for Emotional Support (YES) which will show you how to embrace self-love and emotional harmony.
Please check with your doctor to see if it is ok for you to participate in a yoga class with physical movement. If you are unsure, you may always join YES Class, Therapeutic Yoga, or a meditation class. Private yoga sessions are also available to tailor healing to your specific needs.
We accept cash, check, and credit cards (all types). We do not accept Venmo or Apple Pay, Zelle or PayPal. You can download the Achieve App to book and pay for classes online.

A regular and consistent practice is the best way to see results from yoga. We recommend practicing at least 2 to 5 times a week.
Yes. All Liberty Yoga instructors are certified through Yoga Alliance with either a 200 hour-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification or 500 hour-RYT certification.
Yes. We offer private, 1:1 yoga classes with Christine. Sessions are carefully tailored to your specific goals and can include a focus on your physical, emotional, mental or spiritual needs.
Our classes are designed for adults aged 15 and above, and at this time we do not offer kids yoga classes. If child care is a concern, we partner with Nest Play Cafe next door to Liberty Yoga where you may drop your child (under the age of 7).
You may still enter the room if you are late for class. However, please be sure to enter quietly so you don’t disturb the other students. The same is true for leaving early.
Yes. We offer a variety of workshops and special events such as sound baths, meditations, restorative, yin yoga, arm balance, and other events like retreats and more. Visit our events page to learn more.
Liberty Yoga does not currently offer Yoga Teacher Training, however, we can recommend some wonderful teacher trainings in the area.
