This Event is a community-centered event. Liberty Yoga is partenring with many local Yoga studios as well as our local Food Bank of Delaware. Come join us for 108 Sun Salutations. You will be guided through 9 rounds of 12 Sun Salutes. Cost: Non-perishable food items to support access to healthy food

Join teachers and studios in the U.S. and Canada for a community-centred yoga event to start the year with intention, movement, and service. Sign up at a participating locations for "108 Sun Salutations Food Drive" yoga program to benefit The Food Bank of Delaware
