This program is designed for anyone ready to deepen their understanding of yoga, whether your goal is to teach or to enrich your personal practice.

❓Do I need to be an advanced practitioner?

Not at all! A consistent practice and curiosity about yoga are more important than flexibility or experience. You’ll grow into the role of teacher through the journey itself.

❓Will I be qualified to teach after completing the training?

Yes! Graduates will receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification, eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200).

❓What if I miss a class?

We understand life happens! You’ll have opportunities to make up missed hours through assignments, recorded sessions, or extra study (as outlined by the director).

❓Is there homework?

Yes — reading, journaling, and short assignments that reinforce what you learn in class. Expect 2–3 hours per week.

❓What if I don’t want to teach?

That’s completely fine! Many students join for personal growth, deeper self-understanding, and to strengthen their yoga practice.

❓Are there any prerequisites?

A regular yoga practice (2–3 times per week) and a willingness to learn, reflect, and participate fully.

❓How big is the group?

We keep our groups intimate and supportive, allowing for personal attention, mentorship, and connection.
